Macarons by Kiwi Debs offers custom-made macarons in a variety of natural flavours tempting your taste buds.
My macarons are made with seasonal fruit, nuts and herbs so that we get the most flavour out of them. I do not use artificial flavours. As macarons are seasonal, they are limited edition and change with each season.

My macarons contain food colourings, approved by the Food Standards Agency. The colourings listed below, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
E102 Tartrazine, E104 Quinoline yellow, E104 sunset yellow, E122 Carmoisine, E124 Ponceau 4R, E129 Allura red.

E127 Erythrosine also known as Red 3,a synthetic red-pink dye where the US Food and Drug Administration has recently been banned this dye as it may be carcinogenic. It is also illegal to use in this country.

My macarons are filled with luxurious chocolate couvertures from Callebaut, Cacao Barry and Valrhona, fresh fruit purees, pastes, homemade curds, jams, jellies and sauces.

Chocolate
Silky smooth milk chocolate creating a smooth, sweet, milky, velvety texture with hint of caramel.
Lemon Curd
Zesty lemon white couverture chocolate a tangy, sweet lemon curd centre - a sharp kick of tartness.
Passionfruit
Passionfruit puree white couverture chocolate, a combination of sweet and sour producing a tangy, refreshing flavour.
Pistachio
The sweet, earthy nuttiness of Sicilian pistachios infused with white chocolates produces a rich, creamy and luxurious flavour.
Raspberry
Fresh, fruity raspberry puree with silky milk coverture chocolate producing a sweet and sour treat.
Salted Caramel
Smooth, silky milk couverture chocolate filled with soft, gooey salty caramel centre
